1. Do I have to buy a “package” in order to take advantage of your services?  No you do not have to purchase a package.  You always have the option of paying the hourly rate for one session at a time and sometimes this is a good option to “test drive”, get some of your big questions answered, or perhaps discuss lab results that you are concerned about.  However, the packages are a better value because they are discounted and include email support between sessions.
  2. Do you provide meal plans?  I generally don’t do meal plans.  This is because part of my strategy in coaching a client is to help them make decisions about their food choices that suit their needs in everyday, real life situations.  Life does not follow a meal plan.  But, if you really want meal plans I can provide them.
  3. Is there one type of “diet” that you recommend to everyone?  No!  This absolutely depends on the person and what their unique goals and requirements are.  The common denominator in any way of eating I would recommend is that I always advocate a diet that consists of whole, unprocessed foods and that is high in nutrients and low in sugar.  Other than that it is completely unique to individual needs and I always just start where you are.  Some people need and want big changes right away.  Others need to take smaller steps in order to be successful.  I’m here to help you figure that out.
  4. I don’t need to lose weight but I have other health issues.  Can you help me with that?  Absolutely I can.  One of the most common problems that people have are digestive issues.  I have personal experience with this and am passionate that a healthy body begins with a healthy gut.
